CRADLE MOUNTAIN WILDERNESS GALLERY

Exhibition dates Oct 2021 - Feb 2022

As though suspended, in the flightpath of eagles or insects, the

momentary vantage point of a human climber. The mountains of this very

wild western Tasmania; land apart, seldom beyond the fleeting.

We see through the eyes of an aircraft, or other simpler lens.

Landscapes we think of as familiar, that we should know them.

Landscapes of infinite intricacy, of vast tragic spaces, all together.

The equinox quietness of the Tasmanian palette.

Sedgelands, forested flanks, crags and plateau.
